Image Home Renovations is a licensed painting and remodeling contractor rather than a traditional handyman service. Our focus remains larger painting, bathroom, kitchen, and renovation projects. When openings exist in our schedule, however, we're happy to help homeowners with smaller projects that fit our capabilities.
That means your small repair is completed by the same crew, with the same standards, materials, and jobsite care we bring to a full renovation — and always as a licensed, bonded, and insured Oregon contractor (CCB #255186).
How small project pricing works

Minimum project charge

Small projects have a $450 minimum project charge.
The minimum reflects the time required to schedule the project, travel to the property, provide professional tools and equipment, perform the work, protect the work area, and clean up afterward.
Materials are additional unless specifically included in the written estimate.
Projects exceeding the minimum scope receive an appropriate project price before work begins.
Every small project is quoted in writing before work begins, so you know exactly what is included. Projects requiring additional labor, materials, specialty trades, or multiple visits are priced accordingly.
