Payment Policy
Our standard payment structure is designed to be fair and protect both parties throughout your project.
Deposit (typically 30-50%)
Due before work begins. Covers materials and scheduling. Exact percentage depends on project scope.
Progress Payments
For larger projects, payments may be scheduled at agreed-upon milestones.
Final Payment
Due upon completion and your satisfaction with the work. We do a final walkthrough together.
No Hidden Fees
Your estimate is your price. Any scope changes are discussed and approved by you before additional charges apply.
